Breckie Beach House offers cool sea breezes, gulf views, and the murmur of the tide with privacy and laid-back luxury. Step into this bright, open, custom-built home and feel the relaxation. It is spacious and close to the beach. There is plenty of room for your large group. Sleeps 14 in 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths plus an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Soak up the outdoors on one of the two balconies.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The kitchen features granite counter tops, high-end appliances including a wine cooler and bar area. It is stocked with all the necessary kitchen items needed to prepare mouth-watering meals. Gather at the 6 person dining table. The island provides additional counter space and seating.

BED AND BATH

This two-story home sleeps 14 guests in four bedrooms.

Upstairs you will find the Master Suite with a king sized bed and private balcony. The suite has a beautifully crafted bathroom with a free-standing soaker tub, oversized walk-in shower, shiplap walls, and double sinks.

The oversized "bunk" room with four built-in queen sized beds, two TV's, and a half bath is also located upstairs.

The main level gives you the comforts of two more bedrooms with queen sized beds and two full bathrooms.

OUTDOOR AREA

Wraparound deck with patio furniture to take in the beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the gulf. The ground level has a picnic table and enclosed shower.

LOCATION

Breckie Beach House is located on the 4th row in Holiday Beach Subdivision.

Security camera disclosure: One ring camera located on the ceiling by the outdoor stairs recording the driveway and garage when motion is detected during your stay.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
